This year, we were proud to announce multiple, highly requested product launches and implement countless updates based on your feedback. Now, as the year comes to a close, we invite you to kick back and take a look at the nine best Jotform Enterprise platform updates from 2023.
Inspired by our user community, the new Digest Emails feature allows you to automatically send email reports with form-submission data to keep teams, stakeholders, and clients in the loop.
The nice thing about Digest Emails is I can send all the information ‘auto-magically.’ I don’t have to log in, nobody has to go to Google Sheets, and it’s quick to set up.

With Digest Emails, form submission data is automatically converted into customizable and easily digestible graphic reports. You can then schedule these reports to be sent daily, weekly, or monthly. The versatility of Digest Emails makes them great for a number of use cases, including:
- Managing engagement on feedback forms
- Tracking applications for jobs, schools, and volunteer opportunities
- Managing inventory, safety inspections, and other checklists
Jotform Enterprise Mobile
This year, we put the power of Jotform Enterprise in the palm of your hand.
With the Jotform Enterprise mobile app, you can manage submission data, forms, e-sign documents, and approvals from your mobile device. Plus, access Teams and the Admin Console for organizational oversight anywhere you go. The Jotform Enterprise Mobile app also offers powerful, mobile-specific features like kiosk mode and offline data capture.

- ACS Stainless Steel uses mobile forms for uploading expense receipts at trade shows.

Another highlight of our 2023 was the launch of Donation Apps, a new way for communities and customers to support your charity, nonprofit, or organization.
The Donation Apps tool allows you to create beautiful donation pages for your organization, easily accessible on mobile and desktop devices. No transaction fees and a seamless mobile interface make it easier than ever for you to collect donations and share your mission with family, friends, and social media.
Some potential uses for Donation Apps include
- Collecting donations for your nonprofit organization
- Helping fund school projects and sports teams
- Raising money for aid initiatives
This year, we joined forces with Salesforce to launch Jotform on Salesforce AppExchange. Build forms, e-signature documents, and workflow automations within your Salesforce environment, all with the same user-friendly, drag-and-drop Jotform interface.
Integrating Jotform Enterprise with Salesforce opens up a new world of automation capabilities. With this integration, you can automatically flow form submission data to Salesforce objects. You can also connect fully white-labeled Salesforce forms with Jotform’s automated workflows and e-signature tool.
In 2023, we also introduced Group Approvals as a new way to automate, track, and simplify group decision-making.
Building on our existing Jotform Approvals tool, Group Approvals allow you to request approval from multiple people in different teams and departments at the same time. With the ability to customize approval completion rules and track who approves what, Group Approvals helps eliminate bottlenecks and streamline your approval processes.
This feature is great for:
- HR teams vetting new hire applications
- Marketing teams circulating design proofs
- Schools and universities processing student and faculty requests
One of our most requested integrations to date, the Calendly widget for Jotform Enterprise lets you seamlessly streamline your scheduling processes and collect data in one place.
Used regularly by our own sales team, Calendly simplifies appointments and meetings by syncing calendars across multiple platforms. Our Calendly integration allows you to embed your Calendly-synced calendar directly into your forms to schedule appointments and collect customer information in the same form.
Here are some specific use cases:
- Healthcare practitioners can securely collect patient information and schedule appointments at scale, all with HIPAA-friendly forms.
- HR teams can simplify and automate interview scheduling with Calendly forms and Group Approvals.
- Field service managers can more effectively coordinate equipment rentals and job scheduling.
This year we launched a Quickbooks integration for Jotform Enterprise — another highly requested feature — that lets you automatically create new customer accounts and invoices in Quickbooks from Jotform submissions.
Gone are the days of manual data entry. With Quickbooks for Jotform Enterprise, you can automatically map form fields to customer accounts and invoices in Quickbooks. When a form is completed, submission data flows automatically to your Quickbooks account.
Some businesses that will benefit from this integration include
- Financial services (e.g. Automatically add new clients through discovery forms.)
- Real estate (e.g. Add prospective customers who sign in at open houses.)
- Insurance (e.g. Issue updated invoices when customers request or report changes.)
Admin Console customizations
In 2023, we also expanded functionality within the Enterprise Admin Console to allow more customization and control.
For example, we added the ability to enable and disable specific payment gateways and widgets. This feature makes it easier for team members to navigate the form builder and keeps your organization more secure. We also made it possible to customize your organization’s header, login page, error page, and server-wide sender emails.
Another addition to the Admin Console in 2023, the System Logs feature expands on the Activity Log to provide Enterprise admins with even more organizational oversight.
You can use System Logs for high-level oversight and to track email and integration activity within your organization. See all the autoresponder and notification emails sent from your organization at a glance, along with which form they were sent from, and which user owns the form. You can also see which integrations are being used and who is integrating them into which forms.
If you’ve read this far, you’ve probably noticed the repeated use of “a highly requested feature” and “inspired by our users” in this post. That’s because, though we are constantly striving and working hard to improve our platform, none of this would be possible without you.
